Off to a good start. I'm excited.
I lost 1.4 lbs. I feel little differences already! Like Sunday at church I put my hand on my waist and it felt different. I feel a little bit more energetic and stronger. I was loading some cases of water into the car this morning and it wasn't as hard to lift them as it was last week.
Exercise:
Mon - Stationary Bike for 20 min
Tues - Aerobics 30 min
Weds - REST
Thurs - Walked 1.5 miles
Fri - REST
Sat - Walked 2.0 miles w Group
Sun - REST
Last week, I didn't pay much attention to my diet, just my exercise. This week, I plan on eating better as well. I don't think I can drink as much water as my training manual says, but according to the color of my urine, I'm not dehydrated. I do plan on adding more water though.
